i recieved my new idr-48 everything is fine except no sound coming out of the headphone jack (i run it just with the laptop)
yes i did check the pafl setup and i can see the meter responding but
no sound…
any hints welcome

There were a couple of times that I (or someone else) had accidentally turned down or muted either the wedge or IEM send in the master section which affects the headphone output of the surface. I presume it also affects the output at the rack as well. Its worth checking.
