Hi guys,
We have an IDR8 unit installed in one of our classrooms at work. The unit is working but we cannot access it over the network with System Manager. Basically, the System Manager connects to the device but as soon as it pulls the settings off the device it crashes and comes up with an error:
Can’t find = 10.255.246.161/Input Delay
File… …\ahnet\sysbuild.cpp
Line… 334
We can still access the device via System Manager with a network cable connected directly to the device, without going over the network.
Anyone had this issue before?
