Ilive-144 Touch screen doesn't work

I work with an ilive-144 and I have a problem with my touch screen ,it doesn’t seem to open dl5000 system manager ,and because i need to work with it, it is necessary to open dl5000 with my pc
Can anybody please tell my how to make the touch screen work again …
By the way this happened after updating firmware…

Have you tried to re-install the firmware, or rollback to the previous release that did work.

I tried to change the firmware but I wasn’t able to.I can only change the firmware of the IDR with my pc
