ILive 144 trouble

The last two times I have used my 144 surface the first 16 channels have gone blank. None of the buttons work, the displays and the LEDs are dead. To fix it I have to power the console off, then on again. Has anyone encountered this problem?

From memory there are a number of ribbon cables that connect to the channel strips could be loose? I would contact technical help ASAP on this one and get some advice before delving too far though.
