Hi guys, my T112 CF card partitions are gone. Does anyone have a .img backup of the internal CF card? I have the license/serial, just need the system files to boot." Let me know please. Thank you very much. Dave
If it is the firmware you are on about, then it is HERE.
If something else, then sorry, I’m not sure.
Thank you very much for replay, but I need full image of CF card, I have firmware. Card is corrupted and best way is to get image and put it back.
Hello, I am not expert in this, but small 2GB card is corrupted, (board is Fujitsu Mini-ITX D2963) and iLive T112 screen showing me grub rescue screen, nothing else, when I try read card in reader is saying corrupted files. So I assume that best solution so far is image of the card to put it back, flash the card whit new image file and should be good. Memory card is OK, passed test, so problem is software - OS , what I need. I contacted company but so far no response from them. If somebody has working card, I am asking for image to make my unit working again. Thank you very much for replay.
The iLive eCos Software is apparently the system OS and can be downloaded from the link I gave you earlier.

Worth investigating to see if that is in fact what you need.
I checked with chatGPT and they seem to agree that that is what you need.
Thought obviously it is an AI answer so might not be accurate.
Thank you so much for your help! I’ll try that file; it didn’t occur to me to ask AI for help. All the best.
That’s why, contact the support.
I did, and nothing happen so far.
After trying every option and suggestion we could find online, here is the situation: the memory card is physically functional but the software is corrupted. To revive the device, we either need to copy the content from a working card or find the original files.
There are no other solutions at the moment, and we haven’t received a response from Allen & Heath (A&H) yet. Therefore, if anyone has the means to create a card image from an iLive T112, or knows someone who has a backup, please contact me. Thanks in advance for your help!
Something else to try while you wait for other answers. It might be that the files are in fact just fine, but the card itself has become damaged. If you have the means it could save time and stress:
Or failing that, contact your nearest Allen & Heath distributor. They might respond faster and have access to get you a replacement formatted and prepped CF card that you can just replace yours with.
Contact any local PA hire companies and see if they have the same board and would be willing to make a copy for you?
I am able to read the card and have saved the files from it. I used the best software I could find to perform a byte-for-byte (bit-stream) image of the card. While all files were saved, some of them appear with their filenames but have a 0-byte size.
I have a copy of the card, and after testing, it shows as healthy/functional. I formatted it to FAT16, matching the original settings, and restored the files. However, the screen still shows a flashing cursor, which indicates the system is looking for something that is clearly missing from the files recovered from the old card.
We are still searching forums and the internet to find anyone who owns a working T112 mixer and might be able to help. Thank you for your assistance.
Here is an update: we finally received a response from A&H, and in their email, they say—and I quote: ‘The iLive is long out of production and the factory programming PCs and server files have been scrapped.’
As it stands now, unless I can find someone who still has a working iLive T112 and is willing to create an image of their CF card, it seems this console will unfortunately have to be written off because there is no way to get it running. Everything on the console is physically functional, but a single corrupted file on a memory card is going to cause yet another device to end up in the trash. I honestly cannot understand why a company would delete an OS and not have it saved anywhere.
To everyone who tried to help—this is an update so you know where we stand, and also a message to those who suggested I contact the company: I followed your advice, and this is their response. Thank you all for your help and suggestions; if anything changes, I will post it here on the forum.
Oh wow. I am sorry to hear that. I do find it very strange that there isn’t a single instance of the CF card software anywhere in their servers.
Hopefully you can find someone that has a copy.
Just to suggest again, in case you haven’t done so. Try contacting PA hire companies, email venues near you, take a look on eBay and contact sellers to see if they would be willing, even for a small price.
Best of luck.
