Improve the logic of "Number of Fixed Bands" in FBS

When using the FBS with the AHM Expansion Module, the logic behind the “Number of Fixed Bands” could be greatly improved by allowing recovery back to the gain level that was saved when the channel was fixed.

Currently when setting “Number of Fixed Bands” to for example 5, the detection will still continue to put more and more gain on those fixed bands as it detects feedback. All recovery seems to be turned off for fixed bands. The result of this is that over time these bands will be completely notched making the sound quality worse and worse.

In my use case this makes the “Number of fixed band” feature completely useless as the gain won’t stay fixed. I have had to remove any preset feedback suppression and only rely on the automatic detection and recovery.

The FBS would be greatly improved if fixing bands meant that both the frequency and the gain level was fixed. It would be fine for the detection to add additional gain to a fixed band as long as it will recover back up to the gain level that was fixed.
