This has only happened 3 times over the last two years.
Inputs will be crossed and/or missing.
Example: Ip 37 will not get a signal no matter what we do. The audio for Ip 41 is coming through the channel that is patched for Ip 47 AND Ip 37. The only fix we’ve found is to reboot the board.
Seeing your other posts, have you tried a factory reset and/or upgrading firmware if a newer version is available?
It has happened on 3 different versions of the firmware.
Very strange. Are there any A&H dealers near you that might be able to either send someone out to take a look, or perhaps that you can send it in to?
