When switching to saved scenes, the channels we have set as inputs (IP) do not return to their saved positions on the slider. However, the mute setting is saved and it will restore the mute setting…anyone know what could be going on there?

Have you checked that your Input Levels are not safe’d in the Scene Safes matrix?
Do fader levels get recalled when loading a Template Show?
