IPad gen1 will not work with QU-16. Only 2nd gen and later. Thanks for the help.

New user, lots of questions. QU-16

Trying to setup a 1st gen iPad Pro,without success.

It is 128G currently running iOS 16.7.10. The router recognizes this iPad, but am unable to establish a connection. It does connect with my sixth gen.

Any thoughts? Many thanks.

I have moved this to a better suited categogry since it had nothing to do with AHM.
With regards your issue, have you tried this?

  • On the iPad: In the iPad settings, go to Privacy and Security → Local Network - is the MixPad app toggled to all?

After about 8 hours I read that only Gen 2 and higher are compatible with the QU-16. 1st gen won’t work!

I do have some other issues that I can’t find adequate solutions on YouTube.
