iPad disconnecting from Qu-Pac

Hi folks, I am having an intermittent problem with my iPad disconnecting from my Qu-Pac via an Apple Airport Express. It is never happens consistently and will occur when signed in as either Admin or Standard user. Last night I connected 2 different iPads and left them idle for over 2 hours with no disconnect. I do have DHCP enabled. Any thoughts on this before I spring for another router?

I did verify that the IP, Subnet, Gateway and DHCP in the Qu-Pac all match what the router is set to.

When I had problems with SQ and MixPad dropping conn every 2 mins consistently I moved to a static IP on the console instead of DHCP and it worked a treat!!!

Oddly enough when I signed in on the 5 gig side the problem seems to have resolved. If it comes back again I will try the static ip to see if that works better..

That makes perfect sense, 2.4Ghz band is extremely crowded these days, I never use that in a live scenario any more.

I would turn off the 2.4ghz and only use the 5ghz, also hide the SSID broadcast.
