Issues with USB Recording (QU32)

I am having issues with the USB Recorder for the QU32. I uploaded a video of what it’s doing on Youtube https://youtu.be/BVZ03alVBKQ

Just a few seconds into the video you can see that the elapsed time stops at the 2:59 and 3:00 minute mark on the mixser. In some recordings, I have lost about 20 minutes.

Any ideas about what is causing this issue and how to fix it?

I have reformatted the USB drive and it hasn’t made any difference.

Did that same drive work previously ?
