keep using my Orion 32+ or replace with an Allen & Heath Qu-32

I have 12 hardware synths that go into the Orion 32+, but I want a mixer for the synths to have hardware control of faders, pan, etc. The Allen & Heath QU mixers really look tempting because in addition to a digital mixer, they are a HUI control surface and a 32 channel USB audio interface. The Qu-32 could replace my Orion 32+ and Satori monitor controller, give me my desired hardware mixer control, and negate the need of having to buy a HUI DAW controller (I was considering an SSL UF8). It almost seems to good to be true, so I would love to hear thoughts on doing this…perhaps there are some things that I haven’t thought about in considering this. Thanks!

The QU32 is a wonderful digital desk. Its stable!
24bit 48k fixed
I know… I had 4 of them and 4 QU16s
Used in a studio scenario and to Very LOUD and mountains of people.
However it will not do what a

HUI DAW controller (I was considering an SSL UF8
will do.
It dose not have touch sensitive faders!
I used them with both Imacs and windows using USB2
I used them for 3 years doing this
