Lack of transients (MADI from Digico)

hey All
Have any of you experienced this:
We updated DM64 to 2.0. I took that brain with me on tour in 2024. Soon after the gig I know wasn’t the way I used to. We have a procedure based on calc-aim-time align process - transfer function average from at least 16 positions selected - EQ decisions based on that but also based on what we are hearing today. So,
Signal flow:
INPUT
DiGiCo SD-Rack master (monitor) - BNC 30cm lead to SuperMadi card slot_3 in DM64-Cat6 99m-S5000 control surface
OUTPUT
MTX out feed from LR buss delivered to DM64 brain AES Card slot_2 outs distributed to Powersoft amps with Analog backup strategy patched in all 16 amplifiers - PA
Waves Card slot4 control surface to MBP Reaper for multitrack gigs
CLUE
We compared exact copy of non processed snare channel that comes from SD10 with non processed snare channel that gets do S5000 -DM64
we located them side by side on layer so we could quickly A-B them.
As soon as I kicked in on bord compressor and with being totally aware of transient that needs to go through first to get the sound we want -we have heard a totally weird behaviour of this compressor and any other plugin on board. It sounded plastic instead of 3 dimensional like we used to hear from dLive system.
I could not get ANY good reverb from any of the simulations installed in dLive. Every transient based source was indicating lack of transient. to describe it better I can say that I am Polish national and I speak English in the way that you must have realised I am not your usual dLive because I am not native English.
I literally did NOT get the sound I was after at all for next days blaming myself until I’ve swapped my source from SD-Rack-BNC-Supermadi to analog split-direct DM64 HA-inputs and further.
The change was mind blowing for me, for my production friends and ended with great gig.
QUESTION
Did any of You ever came across with anything like that? Did any of You ever had exact same signal flow MON-FOH and made it amazing? Would you please be able to share your thoughts and experience?

Much appreciate if you do
