I have a lamp to fit in the lamp seocket on the desk.It doesn’t work. Does it need phantom power? If so, how can you switch it on?

Not all lights and sockets are wired the same in my experience. You might have to check if your specific light matches your console in that regard.

A phantom power need only some microphones - your lamp doesn’t.
I can’t find any information about the assignment of the lamp socket of the QU.
On an earlier analog mixer, the assignment was still specified as in the pic.
You can check this informations with a measuring device.
If it’s correct, you would have to modify your 12V lamp accordingly.
