Layer based Strip Assign recall filter

Hi!

I’ve been using C1500 in some theatre projects and I came up with this workflow, where I have all channels needed in particular scene on layer 1 and on layers 2-6 there are all the channels included in the show so I can adapt fast to the situations that might happen. Downside of this workflow is, especially in the practice season that if I need to add something to the “all channels” (layers 2-6), I would have to go through all the scenes and assign the strip in every scene individually so that I can have the layer 1 correspond with the particular scene.

It would be great to have recall filter for Strip Assign with layer basis, so I could set the Strips on “Setup Scene” and only recall layer 1 Strips when changing the scene.

Yes

Currently you can filter by Bank (Left, Center, Right) on scene recalls, but would be great to get more granular filters like “only recall Left Bank Layer C.”

+1 on this!

I think this is a feature that definitely needs to be added to the dLive surface to help with sintuations like the one you provided. I think this could even be expanded to have the channel sequences on the layer included in optionality (Bit extreme but again providing further tuning) such as Bank 3, Layer B, Channel/Fader 1,3,5 ect.

On top of this (just to build the system better), this should be implemented into the scene safes as well - again for the granular filters.
