Having trouble finding a good answer for this. We have an end-of-year concert this week and are running a dLive FOH (C3500+DM0) and for monitors (C2500+CDM64) for the first time together. We are trying to figure out how to get the FOH console to trigger scenes for both consoles as the monitor operator is an inexperienced student, and are coming up a little empty on whether this is possible without external hardware/director computer/qlab/streamdeck w/ companion, etc. Anyone have resources to point us towards? I’ve tried looking at the MIDI documentation and some of the video tutorials, but most involve using an external device to trigger MIDI. Both consoles are on the same subnet and a computer plugged into one can see the other. Thanks!
Had to go back and forth with the chatbot a bit, but finally got it working with embedded recall! Turned out I had everything set up properly but needed to connect the two systems using an unmanaged switch between the mixracks, not just surface to surface with the network ports. Still need to get myself used to using AI as an option for this sort of thing. Thanks for the push in the right direction!
