Can a load a c7000 scene to cti 1500?

Sure you absolutely can. You’ll probably have to do a lot of editing if your layers though to get a sensible layout on the smaller desk.
Yes you can load a file designed around a S7000 Surface on a system that is using a CTI1500. The CTI1500 Surface will simply display the first 12 channels on every layer as saved in the file. It will simply ignore the “extra” faders (13-36) and softkeys that the S7000 has that the CTI1500 doesn’t.
is the structure kept like DCA , subgroups, auxes?
Yes. All of those things would stay the same.
That’s because the base DLive features/functionality is the same across all Mixracks. Therefore everything will stay the same with the exception of the number of physical faders/buttons/encoder that might be different depending on the exact model of the Surface you are using.
PS - just to be clear, loading a S7000 file on a system running a CTI1500 doesn’t change the file in any way either. If you normally use a S7000 Surface, but have one fly date where you need to use a CTI1500, not only can you use the same file on the CTI1500, the next time you are back on the S7000 Surface everything will be like normal with all 36 faders programmed for the S7000, etc. (The only way the file is going to change is if you change things and manually overwrite the file yourself. Obviously it would be far better to save a new scene if you end up changing your fader layout design to work on the CTI1500).
The only thing the system does when you load a file designed for an S7000 onto a system running a smaller Surface (like a CTI1500) is ignore the extra data that simply doesn’t apply to the smaller Surface - which is pretty much just the number of faders and user assignable buttons available. It will never change any of the data.
Similarly, if you have a file designed for a CTI1500 and load it into the S7000, everything will work just fine. It’s just that the file likely only includes data for the first 12 Surface faders because that is all the CTI500 has and therefore it’s all that was likely programmed into the file. In this case, the S7000 faders 13-36 will simply be black/unprogrammed because the fader assigned data never existed on the original file for faders 13-36 (because it was designed around the smaller Surface). You can obviously program the faders as needed, but that would be a manual process. The system can’t load data that doesn’t exist in the file.

I’ll also say that it is very easy to use the DLive Director software to load and modify a show file when you know you are going to be using a different Surface than normal.
In that case, you would open the software and load the show file you normally use (with the S7000). I would first save a scene called “S7000” and put a scene recall filter to block out everything except the Surface’s fader layout and user defined softkeys. Now you can recall that scene anytime you are using a S7000 surface.
Then you could change the fader layout to work with the CTI1500 (or whatever Surface you are using). You should also review the softkeys to make sure everything “important” that you need is assigned to a softkey on the smaller Surface. Because there are fewer user defined softkeys on the C Class Surface compared to the S Class Surface, you might need to move some around to be sure they are available on the C Class Surface. You can then save another scene labeled “CTI1500” and again put a scene recall filter that blocks everything except the Surface fader layout and user assigned keys. Now you can recall that scene anytime you are using a CTI1500/C1500 surface.
Don’t forget to save/overwrite the show file to ensure these new scenes are included in the Show file. Now you have one show file with all of your show settings, but you have two scenes that you can load to change between using a S7000 Surface and a CTI1500 Surface - all without recalling/changing anything else.
Since this can all be done “offline” if needed (ie you don’t have to be connected to an actual DLive system to make these changes), you can set this up from the comfort of your home, long before you actually get to a show where they have a different Surface for you.
