When using mixpad 1.6.1 with my SQ rack. I have problems with the main channel fader suddenly stopping working. At first I can adjust it on the app but then it locks up.
I I bring up the mix faders on the left I can control them, but the master level fader on the left won’t move.
Just trying it on the app now on macOS offline, which the same issue.
Can anyone help me out here?

I can’t even reproduce your problem offline.
What do you mean by “master level fader on the left”?
In the “Mix” fader section, there isn’t a MainLR fader “on the left” side.
It’s always in the 13th position, so even when it’s visible, it’s in the right half of the fader bank.
The only, albeit unlikely, explanation I can think of is that you accidentally renamed one of the left-hand mix channels to MainLR, and then it wouldn’t be related to the actual MainLR.
Sorry! My mistake, I’ve written that wrong making that completely useless information.
The main fader on the RIGHT locks in place, sometimes from the outset and sometimes after a couple of adjustments. I can then only adjust the mix master fader from the “Mix” fader section.

That looks really strange.
Surely (MacOS + mouse pointer), you’re not using a touchscreen, so it can’t be a touchscreen issue.
I can’t reproduce this behavior myself - and on Windows, touch and mouse control work both without such blockages.
By the way, you don’t necessarily have to click the fader button; even on MacOS you can click anywhere else within the fader and still move it.
But I doubt that would solve your problem.
