I hope i can find answer here. we just got our new system SQ5, GX4816, ME-U and ME-1. everything was good but our band noticed that the audio going to the ME-1 is getting muted or lost for about 2-3 seconds or for about 1bar of music.
is this a common issue or just clock sync issue?
I found a tick box in the ME-U system set-up that it can “ignore out of range clock” (do not mute audio outputs when source clock rate goes out of range [+/- 100ppm])

If your ME’s will muted for a short time and there is an ME option “Do not mute audio outputs when…”, have you tried this, but it just has no effect and your ME’s will still muted for a short time?
yes, I already submit a ticket, about this and currently doing an investigation to address this issue
I just wanted to know, and I actually assume that you’ve already tried this obvious option.

I’m also having this same issue. I tried the ignore out of range clock, but that didn’t change anything. I’m also in the same boat with you on this issue.
I hv the same issue, problem still there even I changed all cables, reboot
