Just added a used ME500 with a DLive S5000 and MEU hub. It shows signal, but there’s no audio output. Headphones pop when pluggin in.
We already use 2 ME-1’s and 2 ME500’s with no problem. We were given this used one that allegedly worked for the previous owner. Patching is correct in I/O, POE has power, it’s connected to the ME-U correctly. I did a factory reset and there’s no firmware update. Any thoughts? Did I miss something?
Have you tried the used one in place of a known working one?
Or tried one of your existing ones with the cable you are using for the suspect one?
If the suspected one doesn’t work and your others do, my guess is that you have a bad one.

I think the situation points to a faulty unit. The easiest way to test it would be to save the config from a “working” unit and load it onto the questionable unit. If that doesn’t correct it, then it is likely a faulty device.
