I would like to be able to route my main LR mix to an Aux send for a fill with a delay without having re mix twice.

This is not possible as the Auxiliary mixes are auxiliary to the main LR mix and run in parallel to it.
If you run the output as post-fader with all sends to the output at 0dB however, then any changes to the send levels to main LR will be respected in the mix to the output too.
