Mixdown to stereo from DAW via CQ

Hello

I would like to mixdown to stereo from Logic multitrack using the CQ. How can this be achieved? Ideally back to Logic if possible. If not I have an sd card option and maybe this would work.

Just note: I want to use all the Cq’s effects/Eq ect for a quick dirty mix. back into the daw mixdown to mp3 ( Mp3 from Logic)
