Hi everyone,
I have an Allen&Heat mixer model Zedi 10fx.
Unfortunately is the second time in a few months that mixer don’t turn on.
I send it to a technical department for check, and the mixer have a diode burned, this happened twice in two different diodes.
What caused this? How can I prevent this from happening again?

When the mixer has the problem and “don’t not turn on” does that mean
that the power light is not lit?
Is the mixer always plugged into the same power outlet
and if the burned diodes are in the power supply section maybe the power
outlet needs to be checked.
What else is connected to the mixer?

This happens to me at home, the mixer is plugged into the living room power outlet.
A Nord piano 2 keyboard is connected to the mixer, and a canon-to-canon wired microphone.
In addition to this, the mixer is connected to a macbookpro with the usb cable and I use headphones connected to the appropriate plug.
I have this same problem too, does anybody have the schematics of the psu unit?
