Beta tester for the iOS version of Mixing Station https://dev-core.org/blog/
Just downloaded this app and am very impressed from first impressions! Looks like it has an offline editor!?? From my very short time with it my thoughts are :-
Plus
1/ Offline Editor!?
2/ Customisable channel strip colours
3/ Customisable layout
4/ Longer faders easier to adjust
5/ Meter bridge
6/ Pop up panning slider easier to adjust
Cons
1/ FX processors use the same GUI for all the different processors instead of the different corresponding A&H GUI’s which can make it hard to tell which processor you’re you’re using or editing.
2/ The A&H QU-Pad app bares a much stronger resemblance to the layout of the actual mixers and is more intuitive to use
3/ HPF isn’t as obvious if it’s turned on or off
4/ Colour schemes make some text harder to read
5/ Mute button enable a little confusing at first
Ideally I’d love to see my plus points end up in the A&H QU-Pad app in a v2.0 update.
Yes, I completely agree!
But this is only the beginning.
Interesting, I guess this gives an alternative to the official Qu-Pad app that doesn’t seem to get updates that often. Would be way more interesting if it was open source instead of a beta for a future paid app.
This is for sure a beta for a paid app since the payments are part of David‘s income. But the price for the android versions of his mixing apps is fair and worth every cent.

What hardware?
