Mixpad Global Tap Temp

Does anyone know how to access or assign the global tap tempo on the mixpad app for delay units? The help says this is a controllable feature from the app but I cannot access this in either mix-return or as a group insert.

Processing tab and select a FX return with a delay unit
then you have the TAP in the upper half

this is limited since the complete FX unit is not accessible from MixPad
