MixRack CDM48 - Failed to Program DSP FX FPGA Message

I updated my MixRack without the surface , by using Dlive Director on Friday Night and then after the Successful update. Powered-Off the mixer.

Saturday evening . I powered it on and Dlive Director kept giving me the above message.

I opened a support ticket on Sunday and the Support tech asked me for the Screen Shot of error message . When I powered on the mixer again, It turned back up with Ready LED and everything.

Now I am scared to turn it off. BTW- I had tried switching it Off & On multiple times on Saturday night. I also tried the RESET DIP Switch. But nothing worked.

Has this happened to anyone before.

Thanks

Any luck?

If you’re still stuck I might try reapplying the firmware update and doing it through the surface, but given that you posted this a week ago I’d think support would’ve gotten back to you with their own suggestions by now and you should definitely take their advice over mine.

@Otherdave

I did not see your message.
On Sunday, When i powered it on it came back up. I worked on it for 4 days. i switched off each night. It came back up.(This was 2 weeks back).
The Tech advised me to take to the Service Center, as they feel it could be failing component and it could happen again.

I got busy with another event and had the MixRack powered off for 4 days. I tried powering it back, before taking it to service center. And it failed to boot again.

So waiting for Feedback from the Service Center.

I have other Allen & Heath Mixers (SQ7). Never had this issue. I am now worried. The system is in Warranty and I use it only for the major shows.
Also the Service Center don’t keep any parts and it would be 4 to 6 weeks for repair.
