Can it be possible that it takes longer for the signal to be delivered from the digital stagebox compared to the internal preamps?
I discovered this by mixing both inputs, from the SQ5 and the AR2412.
After having phase issues with a two mic setup just by changing the Input i measured it with a split cable and recorded their tie-lines.
The outcome? The exact same signal took 32 Samples longer from the AR2412 and had 0,3 dB lower volume.
Is this logical?
The SQ must do a sample rate conversion for the 48 kHz on the AR2412 to the inter 96kHz. I guess this will cause the extra latency
