More MIDI control Possible? On Dante sources? More Mixes?

I’ve been very pleased with using remote devices to control our QU-5D. When working remote radio broadcasts my colleagues and I usually keep things pretty simple. Having more mixes available has inspired some innovation. One mix serves as an intercom, IFB, or program monitor depending on states chosen by our video producers via a Stream Deck (and thankfully not controlled by me so I can focus on the broadcast.
I have configured similar functions for discrete talkback to the hosts, guests and the producer back in the studio.

Now I’m hoping I can use these functions for Ins and Outs on SLink or Dante. Right now as far as I understand it I can only MIDI control local ins and only a handful of mixes. Am I mistaken? Is it possible to add these in the future? Is there a route-around I’m missing?

All Qu input and mix channels have control available via MIDI as documented in the MIDI protocol (available from the https://www.allen-heath.com/hardware/qu/qu-5-qu-5d/resources/ ).

So it is possible to control the channels of the Qu-5D using MIDI. Input channels may be sourced from local, SLink or Dante input sockets, with output channels similarly having options to patch to local, SLink or Dante output sockets.

There is no control of the input or output sockets via MIDI.

However, patching can be stored at the desk, then recalled using MIDI program change messages to trigger scene recalls.
Then if you only want to recall patching, you can use per-scene recall filters to block changes to all other parameters.
