Multicast/Unicast -> RIP Version???

Sorry, noob on network topics.

Ok, on my Netgear i have managed to get Multicast working in Firmware 1.83 - but no since Multicast is no longer supportet - should i change this in my router?

The options are:

deactivated

RIP_1

RIP_2B

RIP_2M

So, what to choose now for Firmware 1.9???

Any help would be nice - thanks.

It does no harm to leave router settings as they were. Tested.

On my DIR 815 was necessary to disable multicast after update to V1.9 because my Ipad loses connection.Without multicast works perfectly
