My CQ-18T can't work with iPad tablet on WIFI

Hi everyone!
I recently bought a new CQ-18T mixer. The mixer works very well but I can’t connect it with my iPad table. My tablet is an M4 13 pro (2024 version) which runs the iPad OS version 18.2.1.
I followed all the steps in the Allen & Heath tutorials for WIFI connection, but my tablet doesn’t show the mixer on the CQ-mixer application. The WIFI connection is shown in the WIFI settings of the tablet and I can connect to it successfully, but the CQ-Mixer application doesn’t display the mixer to acces it and I don’t know why. Just display the “Demo” mixer and “Others” and that’s all.
Can someone help me to connect the tablet? Some hints or what can I do in this case?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Marius,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting,

On your iPad, have you checked the security settings for the app? (Privacy and security → Local network → CQ Mixpad - check that it is toggled to on)

Let us know how you get on.
All the best,
Max

Thank you for this tip. I didn’t know about it. But unfortunately I still can’t access the Mixer through application. I attached few screenshots from my tablet.

This might sound like a silly suggestion, but please try swiping the CQ-Mixpad app closed from your multitasking view, and then restarting your iPad.

If you’re still having issues connecting after that, please contact us at support@allen-heath.com so that we can look into this further for you.
