Network connection lost

I’m new to the forum. Hi everyone!

I was using the ipad app to control our mixer on sunday. We disconnected the mixer from everything and cleaned the desk, re routing cables behind the cabinet etc to make a tidy work space.

Unfortunately I’m getting no network connection to the qu32 now.

The cable tests ok. I’ve connected other devices to it and they talk to the network fine. The activity light on the port flashes with activity but it can’t get a dhcp address and it doesn’t work when setting a static ip either.

Tried rebooting, changing the cable, full factory reset, rebooting the router, rebooting the switch, changing the port in the switch still no success.

Could we somehow have a broken network socket in the mixer?

Any advice much appreciated!

Look inside the usb receptacle in the mixer. Sometimes the pins get bend.

Bent pins in the network socket was the culprit. I used my usb microscope and some tweezers to fix. Now works again. Thanks.
