Perhaps all are not aware that there is a new release of DVS out and it supports WDM natively.
This allows you to receive DANTE and route the signal to the windows audio mixer without any extra software or mucking around.
You can route audio directly from DVS to your heaphone jack or other audio interface.
I used it on a job at the weekend and it works well.
I will definitely check it out!

Used the new driver in ASIO mode at the weekend with the 64 bit version of Reaper and it was fine so the need to run 32 bit Reaper is now gone [
].
Great. Ill try that today

Has someone tried to use the notebook soundcard as input for talkback and output for PFL?

I’ve tried it in my warehouse now. It works with Windows 7 without any additional software. Built in microphone has surprising good sound.
My problem now is: Audinate webshop requires credit card for purchasing virtual soundcard software. 30$ offer is stil active and I cannot buy…
But this is an other story…
yes, I have used in ASIO mode for remote audio.
I sent audio 2km over a wireless network to a laptop running DVS then send the audio out the headphone output of the laptop. Gave me low cost remote audio.
Very Happy!!!
