Hello, I replaced my QSC TouchMix 16 with a CQ20B, and I’m having several difficulties. I hope you can help me resolve them:
1. With the QSC, I recorded in multitrack, and if something went wrong, I would play back the recording and only re-record the track that needed it, while the other instruments played in real time as a backing track. I haven’t been able to do this with the CQ20, as every time I try to record, it opens a “new file.”
2. I installed the drivers and the app on my Mac Mini, which has macOS Monterey, and the faders aren’t moving correctly, They seem stuck and suddenly jump or return to other positions. It works fine in my Ipad.
3. I’ve used some quick presets from the library, but I don’t know how to return them to the normal track, that is, to how it was before selecting and loading the quick preset.
For now, I think that’s all. I would like to know if anyone can help me resolve these difficulties.
