Has anyone done this firmware update yet? I can’t get the update manager software to see the M-Dante card/s on the network. Have tried from both Mac and Pc laptops but no go. I think I followed all the instructions correctly but no luck. Any suggestions?

Yup, I’ve done it in my iDR48, went without a hitch.
Windows 7 laptop was connected to the primary Ethercon port and was running DVS and Dante Controller while I did the upgrade. Don’t know if that’s relevant but that’s how things were when I did the update.
Thanks - tried it today and it worked. Had a weird computer day yesterday!

I’m trying to get mine to update, no luck either… might be time to pull out the PC laptop & see if I have any joy (Mac doesn’t ‘see’ the device in Firmware manager, but it’s there in DVS & Controller)
…and there it is… maybe there’s a bug in the Mac version of the Firmware manager?
Worked perfectly on the PC, and it now recognises as the ‘Dante Option Card’ in Controller on Mac - phew!

If you have dual NIC too… At least that is how I got it to work for me, I had to disable the 2nd NIC card too.
