I think I’ve tried everything. I’m using TurboBridge to stream our services online (similar to Skype). I have no issues when using an audio interface (focusrite) with my laptop and SQ, but I’d really just like to go direct from SQ. I’m sending 48khz via usb-b to laptop over USB channels 1 and 2. My laptop “sees” the SQ but there is no sound. Any ideas? One thing to note as I’m writing this is that I have the output set to mono (not stereo). Could that be it?
Latest drivers are installed on laptop. Running 1.5 on SQ. Using windows 10
I installed voicemeeter to act as a virtual cable for TurboBridge since it doesn’t seem to detect it without it and there are no issues there. I can choose the cable, however there is no audio coming in to mixer. I know this because I would have seen levels go up on the voicemeeter screen.
Wich audio device did you select in Voicemeter?
Wich bus/output did you send to the laptop?
I selected WDM SQ line in Voicemeeter. I’m sending via aux send. See pics.

What is your setting in “Setup/Audio/USB”?
On the SQ it’s sending 48khz out of usb-b. Is that what you mean?

You want to go direct but it fails
Turbo bridge can not do what you need, apparentlyas it does not see the input you want.
You do not mind focusrite and it does work.
USE THE FOCUSRITE!!

It’s not a TurboBridge issue. I just can’t get audio coming into my laptop. I just want to fix that. Forget about TurboBridge for now.

can you please provide ALL information?
You said that you are using Voicemeter between Turbobridge and the USB port…

What are your ASIO/WASAPI settings?
How is Voicemeter seeing your inputs?
Did you have signal on the output bus @SQ?
Does the other way work? Can you send audio to the SQ?
If not something is messed up with your drivers and audio devices on the PC…

Voicemeeter sees my settings as wdm SQ line and mme sq line. I tried both.
