Have used QU-16 for 2 years with QU app. Works great! Just bought QU-SB and AB168 hoping to downsize and increase inputs. I can’t get the app to see that the AB168 and QU-SB connected. Yellow snake lights blinking normally. App does see a dsnake connected. Here is a screenshot of the issue … I hope I’m just missing something simple. My firmware is up to date.
My photo wouldn’t upload. My source input screen shows channels 17-32 yellow with N/C above the channel (no connection).
I guess you have mapped your AB168 to channels 1-16.
Just check I/O Patch - dSnake IN (chapter 11.15 in The Manual) to have channels 17-32 mapped to MAIN 1-16 instead EXPANDER.
Awesome! Thanks! Didn’t realize the top horizontal region listing Main 1-16 referenced inputs 1-16 on the AB168 unit itself. I thought it was referring back to the SB. Thanks for taking the time!
