Hello everyone. On my SQ6 console, on all outputs the top frequencies are missing, the output is attenuated, the sound feels dull and lacking in high frequencies. Additionally, none of the FX effects is working! (no signal in the FX send or FX return). I’ve tried a hard reset (factory default) and loaded the latest firmware but the issue persists. All help appreciated.
If you’re familiar with how to use the console and the connected devices are configured correctly, you’re most likely experiencing a hardware defect.
Therefore, you should contact A&H Support or, better yet, your distribution partner.
Thanks Yes I suspected that, as an electronics technician living on an Island with exorbitant prices and delays for sending packets, this is not an option. I was hoping someone could simply tell me where to look,ideally find schematics or at least which board is most likely concerned.
