Ya reinicie la mixer varias veces y sigue sin leer el archivo de actualización de firmware… alguien puede ayudar en ese tema.? La mixer es nueva y viene con la versión 1.1.1 y necesito actualizar a la versión mas reciente que creo es la 1.2.1.

Did you format the USB stick in the CQ before you copied the file over to it?
Have you definitely just placed the firmware .bin file in the root of the USB drive (Not in any folders)?
