No Signal from Individual Outputs from Logic Pro

Hello,

I have been able to successfully record multi-track recordings in Logic Pro from my church’s SQ5 and pass back real-time pitch correction into the SQ5 on separate channels for our live stream mix for about a year. This is a shared board that I don’t have complete control over. Something has changed either on the board or on my computer. This board gets signals from our main board in the auditorium (an SQ7) over ethernet.

I am able to get the USB stereo out into the SQ5 but I am not able to pass individual tracks as I used to do. Here is the current configuration:

SQ5 firmware 1.5.4 r3979
USB set to USB B and 48kHz
I/O - USB Inputs
1 and 2 = USB LR
3-7 = ip 34-38
I/O - USB Outputs
channels 1-30 plus my main LR

Logic 11.0.1
MacOS 15.0
MacBook Pro (mid 2018)

SQ5 set as input and output in audio settings

Channels 1-32 come in fine and I am able to record on all channels
Stereo Out is correctly routed to the SQ5’s USB stereo input

Channels 17-21
Outputs 3-7
No signal on the SQ5 on any other USB input channel (ip 34-38)

Maybe this is an issue with MacOS 15? I haven’t used this board for about a month so I’m not sure if someone else changed something on the SQ5. I loaded a backup scene I had when it was working and still nothing. Other parameters appear to be the same, but I’m still learning the board.

Thanks for any insights you may have.

Well, I ended up solving my own problem. Something had gone wrong with my Logic configuration. Removing the com.apple.logic10.plist file from ~/Library/Preferences and restarting the computer did the trick.

Thanks!

Thanks for updating the thread - hopefully this will help anyone else who runs into the same problem
