No signal or sound on ME-1

Hello!
We have the following setup:
Avantis (latest firmware) → GX4816 → ME-U PoE Hub → ME 1 devices (latest firmware)

On the ME-1 devices we see all input channel names and we can create groups, etc, but no signal on the meter and no audio from the headphones.

The Hub is connected from the “ME Compatible“ labeled socket.

We also tried using only a single ME-1 directly from the stagebox (so without the hub), but the same happened.

Hi Adam,

Please submit a support ticket at http://support.allen-heath.com/ with details of your setup and Show file. If you can, test a single ME-1 directly connected to the SLink port of the Avantis, just to make sure your output patch is correct and the ME-1s are operating correctly.

Thank you!
The solution was to perform a hard reset on the ME-1.
(Hold down the Shift + Recall + Master keys and power up the mixer.)
