I am new to the SQ-7 so I am sure this just an error on my end of setting it up.
I am trying to put two channels in stereo (channels 11/12) with inputs 13/14 into stereo. In mixer config, I have 11/12 set to stereo. In the IO page I have it set to use inputs 13/14. When I test it, one of the inputs works (can hear it through the mains) but the other one only shows up on the meters but does not come through the mains.

It sounds like you have set up the input side of things correctly. But are you sure your output routing is correct? In other words, is it possible that you are only sending one channel (left or right) of the output to a physical XLR port connected to the PA? You obviously need to output both left and right channels of the master buss and have them connected to different PA speakers. You’ll need to check the internal output routing in the console, but it could also be a physical problem with the outputs and wiring of the PA as well (assuming that no stereo channels are working correctly).
I can investigate in the morning. The other stereo channels are working fine (I did not set them up) These channels work correctly when in mono.
The balance control is centered?
Yes, it is currently centered.
Fixed it. Verifying all this this morning, I found that if I panned one of the other stereo inputs all the way one direction that they did not work either. Found the Main out was set to only L not L&R, fixed that and everything works now. Thats what I get for assuming the pros did not make a mistake haha.
