IIRC if you do a change password on your admin user and set it leave the new password blank, that it removes the password.
For the remaining users you can do the same, and rename them back to the default “user x” name, then deactivate them. Load a factory show file afterward, and it should be pretty much reset at that point.
Doing a full hard reset on a GLD requires opening up the mixer and shorting a jumper
while you power on the mixer.
It does require some dissassembly!
I did one of them about a year ago, I’ll find and post the info on how to do it.

Can you send me the process on shorting the jumper and rebooting GLD unit to factory default clearing the admin?

I’ve taken over the Pa side of things at our new church and they’ve never had the admin password (& the guy who set it up a few years age is not contactable).
It’s really due a reset & a freshen up & can’t access bits (obviously),
