Evening all.
We have an advantis in house, have only been using it more regularly the last 4 months. We have been having a occational issue with the peq freezing. It only seems to happen when the desk has been on for 4 of more hours. It happens when using the touch screen, it doesn’t freeze as such but you loose control of the eq and tends to jump to the hi-mid band, or hi band, never so far on the low/lowmid bands. It doesn’t seem to change the eq just looses itself on the screen. It will still continue to work using the rotary controls but the touch screen stops working and can only be fixed by rebooting desk. This has only to date happened on the bank A screen.
We are using the latest firmware
Has anybody else experienced this issue? other than that touring engineers seems to be fans of this desk so are we. However would be great to get this bugged smoothed out.
