I exclusively work in musical theatre. There are 3 upgrades that would be enormously beneficial for this application.
- The option to program a soft button to Previous–Go
This would help resolve issues where cast go off cue and you need to step back quickly. - Option to program soft buttons to increment / decrement by one channel from the current scene (regardless of whether the target is already programmed or not.
This has two uses, quickly setting a new scene when building a show with many scenes. Also enables a scene to be quickly added, even when running a show. - An option to have “Select follow Fader”
This enables quick adjustment s to the last altered channel before storing, extremely useful in a fast moving show.
These are all features that have been tried and tested over many shows.
