Problem with LR and IP15/16

I’m a new Aventis Solo user and I have a problem.

My Main LR is patched to the GX48 on outputs 15/16.
My inputs 15 and 16 are connected via SLink to inputs 15 and 16.

The issue is that I have no control over the faders for inputs 15 and 16 — the signal is sent directly to the LR bus, bypassing the faders. However, processing (EQ, dynamics) still work but not the mute. The fader has no effect on the signal level.

If I assign the Main LR to output 16 and use input 15, then I do have fader control. But if I use input 15 and output 15 as Main LR, I lose control again. I don’t understand why this happens.

I’ve checked Tie Lines and Direct Outs, and nothing is patched there.

Can anyone help me?

Have you checked that nothing is patched to the Ext In of the Main LR? Could it be that inputs 15 and 16 were assigned to the Ext In accidentally? If that is not the case, I suggest you open a ticket with our Support team and attach your Show file so they can take a look for you. support.allen-heath.com

So many thanks guys, it will be the ext in 15/16 to my main LR. Sorry for this nooby strick but i’m new in the Aventis Family ^^
