Three days ago, I received an A&H newsletter about the 30% off Add-Ons offer for SQ mixers. The email says:
“If you’ve already registered your SQ or Qu-5/6/7 mixer as well as being signed up to our newsletter, you will have received your personal discount code in your inbox.”
My SQ mixer is registered, and I am signed up to the newsletter (otherwise I couldn’t get that email ;)) , but I have not received the discount code. I waited for three days, and today I tried subscribing to the newsletter again, but that did not help.
Got it figured out, and then accidently got the QU add-ins. Why would it let me buy the wrong add-ins, when it’s asking for SQ serial and DNA #s? Be careful, as they’re on the same order page.
We can correct incorrectly entered DNAs and serial numbers, help you out if you purchased the wrong thing and hunt down coupons if they’ve not arrived properly.
Basically (IIRC) I went to the registration page, signed up for the newsletter. When purchasing is gave me the discount code, which then showed up on the payment page.
