Hi everyone, I’m a new user of the CQ20 B—greetings from Italy!
I know you accept development suggestions here.
Here are a few things that are missing compared to other mixers I’ve used so far, and that would be useful:

Stereo jack channels that can also be used as two mono channels

The ability to create groups with EQ and processing

Assigning a channel directly to an aux. For example: I’m a drummer, I want my in-ear/headphone mix, and at the same time I want to send a clean signal to the front-of-house engineer so they can EQ it as they prefer

Creating a sort of “sub layer” for multitrack channels in addition to those already assignable

Assigning the master to monitoring. For example: I mic the drums and want to hear how they sound in the master, maybe to better understand how much effect I’m using
Sometimes you may need to handle sound directly from the stage—keeping the master in your headphones while also having your own instrument or others in the monitor mix. Or simply being able to create multiple assignments in the headphone section.
It’s a “fresh” mixer and will surely receive many updates over time. These are just my impressions based on how I might use it.
