I having a lot of trouble getting adequate volume from my q-drive recordings
I have set my q-drive to record Mix-10 which I’m not using, and running the channel fader and the Mix 10 main all the way up to get any kind of record volume
I have this issue on a QU-16 and a QU-32
0dB on the meters results in a -18dBFS level in your recording. This is intentional, and thoroughly discussed in another thread
Look at the manual under “Channel Routing Screen”.
Read the other thread.
But basically ‘adequate’ volume is probably not what you think it is.
