Hi, Channel 9 on my QU 16 is accepting signal which I can hear in my monitor mix as normal but output to LR has stopped. Nothing to FOH
I run a simple band mix which barely changes and (to my knowledge) I haven’t touched anything which might have caused this loss of output to LR
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it (Ch9) still assigned to L+R. Can be relatively easy to change this by mistake - especially when using QuPad.
Press the “Assign” button on the desk & check that the select button of ch9 is lit.

If there is signal to a mix then assign is easily the most likely culprit.

nine times out of ten it was inadvertantly turned off on the iPad, not the console
Yes that is likely to be what has happened as I definitely didn’t mess with that screen on the console
