Hello,
I’ve been using Qu-16 for about 10 months and I came across the problem twice. The problem is that the device itself changes values of random channels (usually to the maximum) in one of the select (on video FX1), and after setting them manually down, and switching to any other select (LR, MIX, FX), and then to bsck to the FX1, the values again goes up. The problem still appears although loading scene again or rebooting the mixing console. I managed to set it down by mobile app (Mixing Station Qu Pro) without touching the console. Any ideas?

Thanks in advice.
could it be that in the linking screen the routing is turned off?
Which routing? Where to find it? Channels 13-14 and 15-16 are linked.
Wich parameters are linked?
I can’t check it now, but as I remember - gate, comp, volume, GEQ, Delay, HPF, (just “CHANNEL” option in link window).
This time the problem was with (also) linked channels, but the first time, it was about channels 6,7,8 that are not linked, and the problem was with their volume getting to max on one of the MIX.
I just had same issue last venue
Checking and setting with the groupe ok
second group ok
recall the scene and bimmm

Did you get any solution from the support of the A&H?
I had a similar problem with my QU16. Spoke extensively with A&H tech support. They had me reset QU16 to factory defaults, then re-install latest firmware, then calibrate the faders. Issue still occurred intermittently. Ended up returning the QU16 for a new one.
